California! |
| I am a California native,
actually a fourth or fifth generation California native,
depending on who in my family tree is doing the
counting.... I grew up in Carmel and Carmel Valley, and
have lived in California my entire life, mostly in the
southern part of the state. Now, that still covers a lot
of territory - California is BIG, with lots of different
kinds of scenery, from fertile farmlands, to the Sierras,
to the beaches. Redwoods, wheat fields, mountains,
deserts, its all there. Much of what you will see below
is painted plein air, although I do studio work as well. Click on each image for a larger view. Comments? |
